Disability Workers Week 2023

We celebrated our annual Disability Workers Week 2023 in December to acknowledge and celebrate the incredible work by disability support workers across the country.

As a call to action during this week, we asked supporters to sign the petition calling on the government to lift quality and safeguards and end worker exploitation. You can sign this petition on the home page.

HSU/HACSU branches spent the week out in workplaces raising awareness of the good work of their members and celebrating with competitions, BBQs and meet ups.

If you're a disability support worker and not a member, make sure you join up and be part of the community working together to improve the NDIS for all.
